Make an AI video background that can quietly repeat
A background loop has to survive being watched by someone who wasn't looking for a video. I'd start with moving fog, leaves or water, and keep the camera still. The more the scene changes, the harder it is to return to the beginning unnoticed.

Choose motion that can come back home
An opening door has a destination. Drifting mist can keep moving without demanding an ending. That distinction matters when a clip will repeat behind a title screen or a game menu.
Start from a composition that already leaves space for the foreground controls. Ask for restrained environmental movement and a stable camera. Check the generated clip for creeping zoom, changing architecture and objects that appear halfway through.
I would reject a spectacular take if its busiest detail sits behind the Play button. Background art succeeds when the interface remains easy to use.
Build and inspect the seam
Place the end of the selected clip next to its beginning in your editor. Watch the join several times. Look for a jump in brightness, a change in camera position or an object snapping back into place.
A short overlap and crossfade may help with diffuse motion such as fog. It can produce obvious double images around solid objects, so inspect the actual result. Reversing a clip can work for abstract movement, but smoke suddenly inhaling itself rarely feels natural.
Try trimming to a calmer interval before generating again. A shorter usable loop is better than a longer clip with one distracting event.
Treat playback as part of the interface
Export a version sized for where it will appear and check its download size. Test the page on a phone: video that plays smoothly on your editing machine may still delay the useful part of the screen.
Provide a still image for people who prefer reduced motion and a way to pause persistent movement. Keep the controls readable throughout the whole loop, not just on its first frame.
Finally, leave it running while you do something else. If it keeps pulling your attention away from the menu, reduce the movement or use the still. Quiet is a feature here.
