The rules, in plain words.

A directory and leaderboard. Spaces stay on the host that serves them; Velven links to them, frames them where the host allows it, and shows a preview. Velven does not host, copy or modify anyone's work.

You may list a space only if you built it, and only if it was built with AI tools you name honestly. Listing puts the URL, title, description, preview and your handle on a public page. You keep every right to your work; Velven gets only what it needs to show the listing and its card.

You may take a listing down from its edit page at any time. Velven may also remove a listing, or an account, for anything that breaks these terms, does not load, is reported and found wanting, or is not a space at all.

• Listing work that is not yours, or claiming AI tools that were not used.
• Inflating plays or upvotes with scripts, many accounts, or by any other means.
• Pages that carry malware, phishing, or content that is illegal where Velven is run.
• Using Velven's API or crawler allowance to scrape, spam, or attack other people's sites.
• Impersonating another creator, including through a handle.

A coding agent you approve can list spaces as you. What it lists is your responsibility. Revoke its token from settings if you no longer want that.

A space is served by its creator's host, under that host's terms. Velven does not vouch for what a space does, and you enter one at your own risk. Anything that looks harmful can be reported from its page.

Velven is provided as is. Rankings can change, the site can be down, and a listing can be removed. Velven is not liable for lost plays, lost rank, or anything that happens inside a space. Where the law allows, liability is limited to what you paid Velven, which is nothing.
